Shipping:
All domestic and international shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping rates and times are as follows:
All United States territories, APO/FPO: $6.50 flat rate, arriving in one to three business days, including delivery confirmation and insurance.
International shipping: $12.50 flat rate, arriving in one to two weeks.
Please email at orders@minervaorduno.com prior to placing an international order to assure delivery to your location.
Delivery confirmation and insurance can only be provided for domestic shipping.
Orders will ship within 48 hours of placement.
Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order’s arrival. Items must be in their original condition for a full refund. Any damage incurred to the order during shipping must be reported upon arrival.

Personal information provided during a transaction (ie: name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, ship to address and credit card information) is maintained in private and secure files, and is not shared with third parties beyond the web hosting provided by bigcartel.

Payment:
